At Integrative Massage & Bodywork, you will always get the therapist you want, because there is only one, me! My name is Katharyn and I have owned this massage studio for ten years. I am driven to provide the BEST session EVERY Time.

 

My Tools:

  1. Extensive knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics. Client education is a priority.

  2. 10 years experience, I know what works and what doesn’t. (But always learning)

  3. Dedication to keeping pace with developments in sports medicine and body science

  4. Established modalities that create rapid change (PIR, acupressure, fascial release, etc.)

  5. Intuition, this allows me to do what’s best for every client, you can go too far in bodywork as easily as you can not go far enough.

  6. A big heart, I love what I do and you will feel that in my work.

My beliefs:

  1. Massage is much more than what many people would see as its parameters. My skill allows me to work with complicated issues where no other resources have provided relief.

  2. Massage is powerful. Whether you want physical or mental relief, the right massage therapist can provide this.

  3. Trust is key. I earn trust through clear communication and by listening intently to what a client wants from the session.

  4. Massage is what you want it to be. Always professional, but you get to decide what happens in the session. You can have the whole session spent on your elbow if you want, or divide the time as you please or leave it to my discretion.

 

Ten years experience providing the massage session you want. Whether it’s a deep tissue massage to help with physical performance, a hyper-focused session to address an injury or a sustaining treatment to alleviate the burden of being human. Most massages are a therapeutic blend of these styles.

Also offering pregnancy massage and assisted/passive stretching (Like StretchLab).

High quality coconut oil is the only oil I use. No scents or essential oils.

Our Services

  • 60 Minute $92

    The perfect amount of time to address a specific issue or receive a full body therapeutic massage.

  • 90 Minute $142

    The right amount of time for a full body massage with one or two focus areas, or address an advanced issue.

  • 120 Minute $172

    With more time in a relaxed state, maximum change can be made for specific issues or the full body.
